Your registration includes access to all conference sessions, the exhibition floor, networking events, and conference materials. Executive pass holders receive additional benefits including VIP seating, private investor lounge access, and exclusive networking sessions. All delegates receive digital recordings of sessions after the event.

We understand plans can change. Cancellations made at least 30 days before the event will receive a full refund minus a processing fee. Cancellations within 30 days of the event may be eligible for a credit toward future events. All requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

Yes! We offer virtual attendance for those who cannot join us in Lagos. Virtual delegates will receive live streaming access to all main stage sessions, virtual networking opportunities, and on-demand access to recordings. Select the "Virtual" option during registration.

Once your registration is confirmed and payment is received, you'll receive an email confirmation with a QR code. In-person delegates should bring this QR code to the registration desk at the venue to collect their delegate badge and conference materials.

We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfers, and institutional invoicing for corporate bookings. Payment must be received in full before the event. For wire transfer details, please contact [email protected].

Accommodation is not included in the delegate pass. However, we've negotiated special rates with partner hotels in Lagos. You'll receive a list of recommended accommodations with discount codes after registration.
